Stratagem's pocket health trackers save your character sheet tons of erasing and marking. Track damage, temporary HP, conditions and bonuses all from one playing-card-sized tool. Each tracker ranges from 0 HP through 209, tracks bonuses from -2 up to +4, and tracks one status effect (which we've placed into broad categories: disoriented, hidden, afflicted, disabled, flying, and vulnerable).

• Spellcaster Blue
• Paladin Silver
• Cleric Ivory

Each tracker is the size of a playing card: 3.5" x 2.5", and fits nicely inside dice bags, deck boxes, and character miniature crates.
